We had the most luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We particularly enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, where we relaxed in the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. the massage and facial treatments were top-notch and left us feeling refreshed. In the evenings, we loved the live entertainment at the night club and the lobby bar where we sipped cocktails and enjoyed the music. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the beautiful sun terrace and garden area provided a serene escape from the bustling streets. Cons: Our stay at the hotel was nearly perfect, except for one minor issue. We found that the public bath could have been cleaner and maintained better. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The room was incredibly comfortable, with a Tempur double bed, silk sheets, and a jetted bathtub. As a guest with disabilities, I felt like royalty in this luxurious setting.

I personally found the computer and fax connection points unnecessary for my stay.

Recently refurbished hotel, spotlessly clean, exceptionally polite staff, location close to many sights was unbeatable. Good food in the restaurant, savoury breakfast with omelette and omelette included in the price, for example.

It was conveniently located within walking distance of key landmarks and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the variety of transportation options available nearby, such as the train station and trams, made getting around easy.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the steam room was not working , which was a disappointment.

Everything was very good, it's impeccably clean and contemporary hotel. The rooms were very well furnished and soundproof. Location short walk to the Metro station. Again, walking distance to a storied 16th - century Ottoman mosque.

On a clear evening, it felt like I was on top of the world, sipping my drink while enjoying the breathtaking panoramic views of the city lights. It was an experience that made me feel like a character in a movie, with the city as my grand backdrop.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel also has a pool and a spa, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel could improve on the noise level in some of its underground rooms.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel could offer more entertainment or activities for kids, as our little ones wished for some additional options to keep them entertained during our downtime at the hotel.

Oh, I just loved the smell of cigarettes in my room and the delightful scent of a dirty toilet in the lobby. So refreshing.

Newly decorated and clean wellness hotel. Rooms with jacuzzi, air conditioning and tea bags.

Everything perfect. Pool was nice and beds were nice. Parking was nearby and I paid extra usd 11 per day to park my car.
