We had the most luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We particularly enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, where we relaxed in the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The massage and facial treatments were top-notch and left us feeling refreshed. In the evenings, we loved the live entertainment at the night club and the lobby bar where we sipped cocktails and enjoyed the music. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the beautiful sun terrace and garden area provided a serene escape from the bustling streets.

Our stay at the hotel was nearly perfect, except for one minor issue. We found that the public bath could have been cleaner and maintained better.

The room was incredibly comfortable, with a Tempur double bed, silk sheets, and a jetted bathtub. As a guest with disabilities, I felt like royalty in this luxurious setting.

I personally found the computer and fax connection points unnecessary for my stay.

It is a picture perfect hotel and I truly enjoyed its budget rooms and amazingly great personnel. The setting is amazing and marvellous, next to metro station and tram.

Everything was very good, it's impeccably clean and contemporary hotel. The rooms were very well furnished and soundproof. Location short walk to the Metro station. Again, walking distance to a storied 16th - century Ottoman mosque.

The hotel also has a pool and a spa, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Oh, I just loved the smell of cigarettes in my room and the delightful scent of a dirty toilet in the lobby. So refreshing.

Everything perfect. Pool was nice and beds were nice. Parking was nearby and I paid extra usd 11 per day to park my car.
